The home is located on a quiet street, nicely centered between Rio Del Mar Beach and Seascape Golf Course.

Sheets for one queen bed, blanket, comforter, electric blanket, 4 pillows.

I believe having a clean place to stay is extremely important. I guarantee that all sheets, towels, throw rugs, blankets and comforters will be cleaned.

What a perfect location to listen to the water trickling into the pond. Frog migration will serenade you in the evening while you enjoy the warmth from the fire pit or relax on the porch swing made for two. Surround sound music has several choices of music guaranteed to entertain.

Though it is only 396 sq. ft. there is plenty to enjoy this quaint room. It has everything you will need. If you find something is needed tell me, and I'll do my best to accommodate your request.

There is NOT a oven in the unit but it does have a toaster oven.
